Re: Murder on my son and our brother Jules Odekerken November 17th 2003 Pattaya

       WEBSITE: www.julesodekerken.nl

Your Highness,

More than two years ago my son and our brother Jules was very cruelly murdered in Pattaya.

He was the innocent victim of a conspiracy in which several people were involved.

One of the murderers (Seksan Prommana) is at the moment in jail awaiting the sentence of the court.

The other suspect (Anapong Sutthani) was released on bail shortly after the crime and is continuing

living his life freely. We also have strong feelings that there are more people involved, but this remains unclear until this moment.

The courtproces has started at the end of March 2004 and after several sessions has been postponed.

The main courtsession will start again on October 2nd 2006. We have very strong doubts about the thoroughness of the police-investigation in Pattaya.

Two months after the murder on Jules the investigation was closed by the police.

Many facts were still unclear, many facts were not investigated !!

Now two years later our lawyer has discovered that there are even things missing from the police-file:  already

collected evidence, discriminating facts have disappeared mysteriously from the police-file.

That is why we are very glad that the CSD has re-opened the investigation now.

We hope that they will take the investigation very seriously and that they will restore our faith in the Royal Thai Police.

All these things make life very hard for us. We try to keep patience, we try to keep faith.

But the criminals who killed Jules, not only took the life of an innocent and kind man.

They also deprived little children of their (steph-)father, they deprived a mother of her son and a family of their brother.

With this letter we humbly would like to draw your attention to a website on the internet.

We have made this website to honour Jules and to keep his memory alive. It is also a source of information for the several media (newspapers, televisionprograms), politicians, relatives and friends in the Netherlands and in Thailand who are all very interested in the case and who all follow it closely. The website is www.julesodekerken.nl

We will keep this website up to date with all new developments.

Your Highness, we thank you for your time and we hope that you will visit the website. In the meantime we remain,

 Yours sincerely,

Odekerken Family
